Cole Simpson is a real estate broker whose team works in the Asheville, Charlotte, and Columbia, SC markets. Cole received a bachelor’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of South Carolina. After graduating, Cole started investing in real estate casually and eventually ventured into entrepreneurship and bought a shaved ice business. Cole became fascinated with passive income and started diving deeper into the real estate investing space. This led him to become a real estate agent initially working primarily with investors, specifically Airbnb investors, but as time passed he started to broaden into more areas of real estate. In the fall of 2021, Cole started Chariot Realty, a team in Asheville, Charlotte, and Columbia, SC who are focused on helping their clients create wealth.
